The IIES is delighted to welcome its newest member, Phenikaa University in Hanoi, Vietnam. The membership agreement between the IIES and Phenikaa University, signed in September 2025, aims to facilitate cooperation among IIES members in their academic and research missions related to climate change, renewable energy, and sustainable development. We look forward to more extensive cooperation with Phenikaa University, particularly in the exchange of students and faculty members, as well as joint research.
